Administration / Customer Service Representatives

Location: Waterwells Business Park, Gloucester, GL2 2AQ

£7.83 per hour

Temporary - Minimum 3 months. Immediate start

Hours 37.5 Hours per week, between the hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm

All Fleet Services is the market leader for the provision of outsourced and contact centre solutions to the fleet and automotive industry.

These Administration / Customer Service Positions are based within our fast-paced and dynamic administration and contact centre teams.

Duties of the Administration / Customer Service Representatives may include:

• Answering Incoming calls

• Data inputting into our VE103 system

• Processing telephone payments

• Producing letter correspondence

• Compiling travel packs

• Routine service, MOT and repair bookings

• General post duties

Requirements of the Administration / Customer Service Representatives;

• The ideal candidate would preferably have some administration and telephone experience working in an office or contact centre environment however not essential.

• Excellent telephone manner

• Previous customer service experience

• Attention to detail

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Positive and flexible attitude to work

• Competent IT skills
